Grape varietal: Sangiovese Wine from Castello di Meleto.

Distillation: In a steam plant using a discontinuous distillation method and low temperature columns. The distillation plant is completely sealed; the entire production is subject to quantitative and qualitative checks. Distilled water is added in order to achieve the gradation of Alc. 42% vol. The brandy is aged for 10 years in various types of wood.

Serve with: by itself at the end of a meal or as an accompaniment to chocolate cakes.
