Distillation: Discontinuous steam plant distillation, in a low temperature columns. The distillation plant is sealed in its entirety; all production is subject to quantitative and qualitative controls. Adding distilled water to bring the distillate to the gradation of Alc. 42% vol. Filtration and bottling. Aged in barrels for about 1 year.

Serve with: alone after a meal as a digestive or as a chocolate cakes accompaniment.
