Our organic extra virgin olive oil comes from olives harvested by hand from the approximately 1,600 centuries-old olive trees in the shade of Meleto Castle. The olives are pressed on the same day as they are picked: only in this way do we obtain a fruity, acidic oil, slightly spicy, with excellent organoleptic and nutritional qualities.
