Dìade is born from the blend of Sangiovese and Malvasia Nera: the freshness and structure of the former blend with the aromatic elegance and spicy notes of the latter, resulting in a balanced rosé with a distinctive personality.
From the San Piero and Cerreta vineyards, grown on galestro, alberese, and clay soils, Dìade is vinified with soft pressing and aged for 15 months on the fine lees in stainless steel and French oak barrels. The result is a fresh, savory, and mineral rosé, yet complex and persistent.
