This Chianti Classico is the soul of Meleto as the Sangiovese is a true embodiment of the territory from which it comes. It is a traditional Chianti Classico, where the use of only large wood barrels in ageing allows the varietal to express itself at its best.
From the 2021 vintage the production of Castello di Meleto is officially organic, the label comes in a special edition to celebrate this important milestone.
